Cancellation Policy

1. Scope & Expectations What it is: A sharp, focused strategic discussion based on the specific bottleneck you submit when booking. What it isn't: We are not doing free execution work, deep-dive legal audits, or rewriting your entire pitch deck on a 30-minute call. We look at the macro view, spot the landmines, and map out your next move. No Hard Sell: You will not be pushed into buying a package at Minute 29. If there’s a reason to work together long-term, we can talk about it later. If not, you walk away with immediate clarity. Fair game. 2. Qualification & Submissions Who this is for: Strictly SME founders, directors, business owners, and next-gen successors operating in Malaysia. The Intake Form Matters: Booking requires you to briefly lay out your current challenge. Bookings submitted with blank, vague, or "cincai" details will be canceled immediately. If you don't take your 30 minutes seriously, we can't help you either. 3. Contact Details & Reaching You Accurate Contact Info: You are solely responsible for providing an active, reachable email address and WhatsApp number when booking. Zero Contact Liability: We hold no responsibility or liability if we cannot alias or get in touch with the booking contact person due to incorrect details, full inboxes, blocked numbers, or unanswered calls. Unreachable sessions will be canceled and forfeited. 4. Punctuality & Cancellations The 5-Minute Window: If you are more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, the meeting room will close, and the session will be logged as a No-Show. Rescheduling: If you need to shift your time due to an unexpected fire, give us at least 24 hours’ notice via your booking link. Forfeiture: Unexcused No-Shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the right to rebook a complimentary session in the future. 5. Confidentiality Malaysia’s business ecosystem is small. What is said in the session stays in the session. Your data and discussion remain 100% confidential.
